職位名稱： 采購主管

職位描述：
1. Manage assigned spend categories by developing strategies, preparing analysis, and presenting overviews to business leaders on a regular basis.
2. Conduct necessary requests for quote and requests for proposals in support of business requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate bid submissions, prepare bid analysis, and determine best overall value to the organization.
3. In collaboration with legal and sourcing, negotiate contractual agreements with suppliers. Register all country/regional level executed contracts in Ariba to ensure record control and management of contracts as they expire over time.
4. Create Purchase Orders from approved requisitions. Ensure new requests are aligned with sourcing strategies and written agreements are in place, as needed.
5. Conduct benchmark/research activities to understand industry trends and best practices. Make recommendations to business leaders and others for process improvements.
6. Identify and implement new cost reduction initiatives through competitive bids, direct negotiations and/or process changes.
7. Collaborate with department stakeholders to evaluate supplier performance. Establish and lead regular business review meetings with suppliers.
8. Perform other work related duties as assigned.
任職要求：
Bachelor Degree in business discipline such as finance, accounting, supply chain or procurement.
5-8 years of experience in sourcing, contracting, buying and supplier management.
Licensure/Credentials: CPSM, Six Sigma or other relevant certification a plus.
